Erin is a nationally certified school psychologist (NCSP) and Special Education Administrator with over 13 years’ experience supporting students from pre-Kindergarten through post-high school Transition. Throughout her career, she has led and participated in more than 1000 IEP, Section 504, and Student Problem Solving Meetings, helping families and schools better understand how students learn, think, and thrive in school and beyond. Previously, Erin worked for over a decade as a Certified Public Accountant and Chartered Accountant in the US and abroad.

Alera was created to provide students with disabilities a clear, supportive, expert-guided path through to college and beyond.

Known for her practical, compassionate approach, Erin partners with schools and families to identify students’ strengths, uncover learning challenges, and connect them with the right supports and educational environments. Her work is grounded in both data and empathy, helping students move forward with confidence, clarity, and self-advocacy.

Erin lives in the Western suburbs of Chicago with her husband, energetic young daughter, and two rescue pups.
